Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of goods.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet production targets.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain high standards.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping personnel.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Valid driver's license (depending on specific job duties).
