Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move stock.
- Scan and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Package goods securely for transit and prepare shipping documents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Current forklift certification is a significant plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
