Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Inspect and organize stock in warehouse racking systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support warehouse cleanliness and 5S compliance
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
