Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate warehouse records through digital inventory systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Operate warehouse equipment after completing certification training
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
