Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers using manual and powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Organize and inventory materials in designated storage areas
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and safe work environments following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Operate warehouse technology systems (RF scanners, inventory software)
- Adhere to company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in cold environments (warehouse temperatures 35-45°F)
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage facility
- Pass pre-employment background check
