Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
