Responsibilities
- Accurately move, pack, and sort materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided) following safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to our Glendale facility
