Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Organize stock in warehouses and storage areas using barcoding systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on handling equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing items for shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
