Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
- Load and unload trucks safely, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
