Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy before signing for them.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and shipping requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems in real-time.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
