Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials between warehouse zones using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Load/unload trucks while verifying shipment accuracy and documentation
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Maintain 5S workplace standards for safety and organization
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on order fulfillment
- Implement lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Pass criminal background check/drug screen
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
