Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Package and label products securely for distribution, ensuring proper handling of fragile items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Operate scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training available).
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
