Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to distribution partners
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
