Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and recording data in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Assist in cycle counting and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and perform routine equipment inspections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
