Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our ERP system.
- Load and Unload Freight: Efficiently load and unload shipments from trucks, verifying quantities and checking for damages.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, ensuring safe travel lanes and proper storage of goods.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Training: Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
