Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, store, and distribute materials using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain workflows
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Package and prepare shipments for timely delivery
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to Chicago warehouse (2 days/week on-site)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
