Responsibilities
- Coordinate material flow between remote warehouse facilities and client sites using digital inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks) during on-site rotations
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records via our cloud-based platform
- Collaborate with remote team members to optimize material handling workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during on-site warehouse visits
- Support cross-functional logistics operations through virtual coordination
- Identify and report inefficiencies in material handling processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years material handling or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with digital inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment during on-site visits
- Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
