Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and maintain accurate stock records using proprietary digital platforms
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and track logistics data in real-time via cloud-based tools
- Optimize warehouse operations through remote monitoring of automated material handling equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using virtual communication channels for seamless workflow coordination
- Implement safety protocols and conduct remote audits of inventory management processes
- Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Train on and utilize advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) for remote inventory oversight
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics certifications preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in inventory management software and digital logistics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex supply chain data
- Excellent written/verbal communication for remote team collaboration
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
