Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately scan and record inventory data in our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with remote team members via video conferencing for inventory updates
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces to optimize efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts remotely via digital tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Reliable transportation to Buffalo facility (2-3 days/week on-site)
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting tasks
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
