Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory shipments with 100% accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for delivery using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using warehouse management systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification within 30 days).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
