Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
- Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
