Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against packing slips and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts regularly to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Unload trucks and transfer materials to designated storage areas efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
