Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport palletized goods in and out of the refrigerated warehouse facility.
- Verify inventory accuracy using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Monitor and maintain temperature logs to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided upon hire).
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of storage aisles and work zones.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and throughput targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in fluctuating cold storage environments (10°F to 40°F).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and scanning.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Stockton, CA.
