Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips using RF scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely to move inventory.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for domestic and international shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
