Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, locate, and relocate materials within the facility.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular inspections of stock areas to ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely and safe manner.
- Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not mandatory for training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
