Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise while verifying accuracy against packing slips.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
