Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect, sort, and organize incoming/outgoing inventory with meticulous attention to detail
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and meet deadlines
- Prepare and ship/receive orders with accurate documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory software
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid California driver's license preferred
