Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software (RF scanners).
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
