Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and sort inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Verify and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform routine checks
- Support inventory audits and cycle counting processes
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
