Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using barcode scanners and digital systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packaging
- Operate packing machinery (box sealers, label printers) safely and efficiently
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones to optimize workflow
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily dispatch deadlines
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license (for forklift certification potential)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
