Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and stage incoming materials using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S principles
- Package and ship finished goods according to specifications
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
