Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products within warehouse facilities using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock counts and proper storage
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures for material handling
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and preparing orders for shipment
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
