Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict inventory control systems and documentation protocols
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP) and quality standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and manage product rotation systems
- Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Perform routine equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Willingness to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
