Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and distribute warehouse materials using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with FIFO compliance
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in inventory audits
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete digital documentation for material movements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Flexible availability including early morning/late evening shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
