Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure proper labeling and tagging of packages.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleanup as needed.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
