Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven experience leading and supervising a team in a fast-paced distribution center.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Valid Forklift certification and physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
