Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management system (WMS) transactions
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and quantity verification
- Operate material handling equipment safely and perform daily safety inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows and meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
