Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure data integrity
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Load/unload trucks, verify shipments, and organize stock in designated zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clutter-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
