Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain accurate stock counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Support cross-functional logistics operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills and ability to learn inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Team player with excellent communication skills
