Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize raw materials, finished goods, and supplies using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; maintain detailed inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in compliance with quality protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate warehouse machinery
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
