Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory storage and implement proper stock rotation systems
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Complete daily inventory reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Uphold strict 5S and safety protocols in all operational areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
