Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Execute accurate receiving, stocking, and shipping processes following safety protocols
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) with precision and safety awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning/night shifts
- Preferable experience with WMS software and RF scanners
