Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies immediately
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Support shipping/receiving processes and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
