What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or Forklift Operator (1+ years preferred).
- Certified forklift operator license (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
