Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the facility and to delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for domestic and international distribution.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment inspection.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working in varying temperature conditions.
