Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move goods within the facility.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for distribution, ensuring all shipping labels are applied correctly and packages are secure.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet our strict quality standards before being stored or shipped.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Equipment: Current forklift certification is a plus; however, we will train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business demands.
