Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms to ensure product availability.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards and shipping regulations.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and perform routine equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is a plus but not always required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to role).
