Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Stock Organization: Store, organize, and retrieve materials using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or RF scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a timely and efficient manner.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Reporting: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform heavy physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and experience with RF scanning technology are a plus.
- License: Valid Driver's License and forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided).
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
