Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipment using proper packing techniques.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Unload and load trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification upon hire.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
