Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory counts and update warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pack and prepare products for shipment with care and precision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures strictly.
- Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and labeling.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
